For most appointments, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to you appointment to complete patient paperwork and ensure we have up-to-date insurance information. Our doors lock after hours and for lunch. We will unlock the doors for at 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM which may impact check-in for our patients scheduled at these time.
We are happy to offer our patients on-site lab testing with our partner Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL).
CPL offers its own patient portal that allows access to your results from testing performed our clinic as well as other offices that use their services.

Our rheumatology clinic does not perform disability evaluations or provide documentation for disability claims. We focus on diagnosing and treating rheumatic diseases to improve our patients' quality of life and manage their symptoms effectively.
For disability evaluations, we recommend contacting your primary care physician or a specialized disability evaluation service. Our team is happy to provide your medical records to the appropriate parties with your consent to support any disability claims you may pursue.
We do not prescribe or manage narcotic medications as part of our treatment plans. We focus on utilizing non-narcotic pain management strategies, disease-modifying drugs, and other specialized treatments for rheumatic conditions.
For patients who may require narcotic pain medications, we recommend working with your primary care physician or a pain management specialist
